Horse Purchase Info
1. A non-refundable 20% deposit and a signed contract will hold a horse or foal for you. We can not hold any of our horses unless the deposit has been made, once received it is our guarantee to you that the horse will be held only for you. Your deposit is our guarantee that you are serious about purchasing the horse from us and prevents loss of sale to another client should you change your mind.
2. You will have two weeks free board and then a daily charge of $10.00 will be incurred every day until the horse is transported to it’s new home.
3. Mares with foals at their side or foals themselves will be weaned for at least two weeks prior to transport. We want our mares and foals to be stress free before being transported.
4. We will be responsible for the required Coggins.
5. Our horses are on regular worming and hoof trimming schedules.
6. Annual shots vary on each individual horse. We do not give shots to foals under 6 months of age. Foals are given probiotics at 1 month of age.
7. Buyer is responsible for all transportation costs. We make no guarantee on the horse after it has left our farm, as we have no control over the well being, care and trucking after it has left our farm.
PLEASE NOTE; ANY HEALTH CERTIFICATES, DIFFERENT STATE OR COUNTRY REQUIREMENTS FOR SHOTS, VET EXAMS, INSURANCE AND TRANSPORTATION COSTS ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER.
